Piss Christ
Since today is Easter Day, and Christ has resurrected (at least according to 2.2 billion adherents) WeWasteTime needs your opinion on a current issue : Andres Serrano’s Piss Christ , a photograph that depicts a small plastic crucifix submerged in a glass of the artist’s urine was vandalised on April 17, 2011 by French catholic fundamentalists in the city of Avignon. Serrano has said that while this work is not intended to denounce religion, it alludes to a perceived commercializing or cheapening of Christian icons in contemporary culture.
