LOVE LOVE LOVE Pussy Riot

Members of the Russian feminist punk group Pussy Riot performing against the rule of Vladimir Putin in front of the iconostasis of the Christ the Saviour Cathedral. The song says “Mother of God, Blessed Virgin, drive out Putin!”

The president reacted with his well-known subtlety and gentle manners (NOT) towards pro-democratic actions by imprisoning two young mothers that allegedly are members of the group, dishonouring both democracy and  the international women’s day.

WWT sends a solidarity message to Pussy Riot, the women currently detained and FEMEN (Ukrainian feminist activists that got also detained while protesting for Russian elections). Go get them girls!!
