‘Madonna and Child’ by Maria von Köhler is currently on display at The Premises Studios in east London. It is a life-sized depiction of the moment in Berlin in 2002, when Michael Jackson dangled his baby out of the window.
The sculpture has generated a large volume of complaints after it was featured on several Michael Jackson ‘fan-sites’.

Some rather painful sculptures that WeWasteTime spotted in Bode Museum in Berlin. Indeed religious artists were never famous for their cheerful approach to art.

(I m not sure that the last one has a religious topic but she certainly doesn’t look like she is having fun)
