EDIT ( March 6, 2012):
I came across this while browsing through a friends’ pictures in facebook. Any ideas about who drew this illuminating Lord of Darkness? See our previous blasphemous depiction of the Lord here
Lego, Star Wars and a spectacular performace by Eddie Izzard. Death by tray it shall be!
Absolutely spectacular collages of Florian Kuhlmann! Link to the whole project here
This series of pictures called ‘the Dark Lens’ is a guaranteed pleasure for science fiction fans, geeks, and urban designers. The reason is obvious: an amazing mixture of urban desolate landscapes and Star Wars characters craftily mixed by Paris based photographer Cedric Delsaux.
Stormtroopers might have the best looks and uniforms ever but they are not the brightest creatures around. In these prints two of them are depicted as two regular working mates, whose job is to chase droids and Luke Skywalker. Their boss Darth Vader is giving them a hard time though they are doing (unsuccessfully) their best. Occasionally they have some days off when they have fun texting insulting messages to Luke, searching for droids on eBay, mocking the boss, strolling in the park and feeding the pigeons.
It is witty and the pictures are nice too.
