Developed by NewMediology (Danqing Shi), Last clock is a clock app that uses popular slit scan technique to keep you in factual time, human time and remote time.
Just like any other analog clock, the app has three hands: one for seconds, minutes and hours. The hands, however, are made of a slice of live video that gets scanned to the clockface. With different refresh rate for the three hands, the three time circles reflect the rhythms of the space at different temporal resolutions.
The app also allows you to stream the last clock camera feed over the internet.

An experimental clock that runs on the energy of a lemon, designed by Florian Dussopt and Julie Girard from Anna Gram studio. The acid of the open-faced lemon interacts with the zinc and copper plug it sits on to create enough power to run the digi clock for a week or longer.
Fiona Krüger‘s series of watches called “memento mori” (remember your mortality) are inspired from the Mexican Dia De Los Muertos and the 17th century skull watch of Mary, Queen of Scots.
Because death is either a few, or a lot of clicks away…

Watch by French designer Julien Moise named ‘Eole’ after the Greek God of Wind Aeolus.
The watch runs on batteries but the screen works on wind energy. You have to blow into the red-colored rotor blades to see the time. The blades generate just enough electricity to activate the screen for a short time.
